Comfort Zone

Everyone has a path of life that they always travel, a path where one is comfortable with, a path that people falls back to in the time of need and to seek comfort in. Some term this as Comfort Zone.

Time and time again... we stray out from this zone, to see, to feel and to experience what is it like. And if you get "bitten" by it, most will retreat back into the safety of our own comfort zone. Of course, there are people who takes this discomfort as a challenge and carve a
new path out it.

The taste of the forbidden fruit or the greener grass across the fence never fail to entice many out of the well- trodden path that we are walking on. But exactly how many can move on from there instead of retreating back to the comfort of the zone? How many can adapt to this new experience and becomes the new comfort zone. Not many I guess...

Mussel Guys

Dined in Mussel Guys@ Vivo for the first time. The mussels were very fresh and well cooked, though its abit on the salty side.

With ABN Amro card.. you get 1 for 1.. so it was quite good deal. Can go again. :P

A taste almost forgotten

Sis went with some friends to Mandai to pick some WILD durians last night. Tasted them and they were heavenly. Though they have no breed and grade, their taste certainly surpass that "D24" you see on the streets. Durians never tasted so good for a long time... I think it was only during our childhood days that durians tasted this sweet and strong.

With all these scientific and commercial farming methods, fruits don't taste as distinct as before.... its quite sad that kids today are unable to enjoy some of the good old food of the past.. food in every food court taste the same....

Sis, THANKS for bringing back the childhood durian experience ... err... taste..

Body Resistance

Seems to be weaker than before... for the past 3 weekends, have been down with a severe COLD every Sunday. Consequence... sleepless sunday, tired mondays....

Damn....
